Sea Bass Soup with Kozani Saffron

Fish Soup with Selonda Sea Bass and Kozani Saffron


Ingredients to serve 4 people:
  • 3 SELONDA Sea Bass

  • 3-4 small potatoes, peeled

  • 1 dry onion, cut into slices

  • 2 small zucchini

  • 1 whole tomato, peeled

  • celery

  • 4-5 carrots, cut into slices

  • 1/2 tea spoon Kozani saffron

  • salt, pepper

  • lemon juice

  • 1/2 wine glass olive oil

Execution
  1. Add water to a pot and let it boil.

  2. Add the potatoes, the onion, zucchini, tomato, celery, carrots and the olive oil.

  3. Boil for around 25 minutes.

  4. Add the Selonda Sea Bass, salt, pepper, lemon juice and saffron.

  5. After around 10-15 minutes, once the Sea Bass have been cooked, take them out of the pot and let them cool down.

  6. Carefully de-bone the Sea Bass and place the fish back into the pot.

  7. Turn off the stove once the soup boils 2-3 times.

  8. The soup is served warm.
